The variant to the Pognano Territorial Government Plan is built around the theme of infrastructure and public space, identifying in them the possibility of concretely improving the habitability of the entire municipal territory. The Plan's priorities are realized through the construction of targeted development scenarios based on the identification of strategies, project themes and actions.
The proposed strategies represent the compositional texture on which the Plan Document aims to build the development scenarios for the municipal territory of Pognano. The project themes constitute the design methodologies that the plan intends to put in place to concretize the identified strategies, while the actions encapsulate specific directions and key priorities for the proper and sustainable implementation of the Plan choices.
The structure thus defined to guide the development scenario of the municipality of Pognano generates consequential objectives capable of creating a shared and sustainable city idea in both economic and urban planning terms.
The strategies proposed by the Plan Document are four: Hierarchize and redevelop the infrastructure system, Upgrade and enhance the agricultural-environmental heritage, Enhance the historical pre-existences, Contain the environmental and urban impact of new transformations.
